Intermediate Pilates

A more dynamic class focused on strength, control, and progression. Builds on foundational Pilates principles with more challenging sequences designed for those with some experience.

Meet Deborah

My mission is simple: to introduce as many people as possible to Pilates and help them develop a positive, confident relationship with their bodies—no matter their age, fitness level, or starting point.


My Pilates journey started at 18, when I was still quite unfamiliar with my own body and how it moved. That first class was eye-opening—it shifted movement from something forceful to something intentional and kind. It sparked a deep love for Pilates and showed me how transformative it can be to truly listen to and connect with your body.


After five years in Vancouver, I immersed myself in training across different styles of Pilates, building a well-rounded foundation and appreciation for the practice’s versatility.

I completed my teacher training through STOTT PILATES® (Merrithew), earning certificates in Essential Mat Pilates and Advanced Mat Pilates. Now, in my first year of officially teaching, I’m excited to bring that knowledge and enthusiasm to my classes here in Manitoba!


In my classes, I emphasize clear, supportive instruction that meets you exactly where you are. Pilates isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, awareness, presence, and feeling stronger and more at ease in your own skin. Whether you’re brand new to the mat, coming back after time away, or ready for more advanced work, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
